  • How is Vision Engine™ integrated into an existing credit assessment system?

  • What is the accuracy of the AVM compared to manual valuation?

    Vision Engine™ achieves a median absolute error (MAE) of under 6% for apartments in metropolitan areas with sufficient transaction data. For thinner markets, a wider confidence interval is provided and clearly communicated in the report. Image analysis further reduces the error where photos are available.

  • How is GDPR and data protection handled for portfolio valuation via API?

    All data processing takes place within the EU. Nezto acts as data processor and a Data Processing Agreement is signed as part of onboarding. Address data and valuation results are stored encrypted and deleted according to the agreed retention period. No model training is performed on customer data without explicit consent.

  • Is the output auditable for regulatory purposes?

    Yes. Every valuation includes a full factor breakdown (SHAP values), comparables used, data sources referenced and a confidence score. Output is exportable as structured data for integration into your own audit trail.
