Nezto starts pilot collaboration with SkandiaMäklarna
Nezto and SkandiaMäklarna are launching a strategic pilot and collaboration.
Nezto, the Swedish proptech company behind the AI platform Nezto Vision Engine™, today announces that it is entering into a strategic pilot partnership with SkandiaMäklarna. The collaboration marks Hevma's first formal partnership with an established agency chain and a significant step in the company's go-to-market strategy.
As part of the pilot, SkandiaMäklarna will gain access to Nezto's AI-driven valuation tool, a customised dashboard with market trends and predictive insights, and a flow of high-quality buyer and seller leads. The pilot runs for six months.
The pilot is expected to start in connection with Nezto's public launch in August 2026.
